OUR STORY
BE PREPARED
WISE started the Wycombe 28th Scouts Group because they admire the values of Scouts, and saw an opportunity for local Muslim children to join the global Scouts family and get more involved in the local community.
The idea behind the group is to make it more convenient for Muslim children to develop their confidence and achieve their goals through the activities and challenges offered by Scouts as they know facilities for daily prayers will be available and food they get will be halal. That said, the group is open for anyone to join.
They will also be taking part in activities with other packs, thus allowing them to meet and interact with other young people from different backgrounds, both nationally and internationally.

28th High Wycombe Scouts has been present since 2009 - providing exceptional enrichment and leadership development opportunities to youth in the High Wycombe area. We offer youth an opportunity to create and mould their own unique experiences through our wide range of educational and leadership activities. We see the true power that our youth hold, and we have made it our mission to transform them into natural-born leaders, ready to take on the world.

Get involved in Scouting
ANNUAL MSF SCOUT CAMP
annually the Muslim Scout Fellowship host a weekend scout camp where Muslim scout groups from all over the UK come together to adopt the scouting spirit.
the event is held allowing for the young scots to take part in a range of activities from shooting to major scale water fights and thousands of competitions.
JOIN OUR ANNUAL BARBEQUE
to mark the end of the scouting year we hold a barbeque to show our gratitude towards our volunteers and scouts this includes a wide range of food, games and award ceremonies.
this event is normally held on the last session including the 28th High Wycombe cubs, boys scouts and girls scouts.

we need now are smilers and inspirers, activity planners and all round team players to support our young people. you shape what you do and decide how much time you give. Scouts happens when a lot of us give a little.
